Welcome back Year 6
Miss Phillips: September 2020
What a fantastic first few days back in year 6!
We have settled into our new routines and are enjoying the new classroom set up. It has been lovely to see all of the smiling faces and we have been getting to know each other.
Our new learning journey for this term has begun, we know that we are focusing on the 1800s, in particular the industrial revolution and the railways. Our artist this year is from that time and is Vincent Van Gogh who created many pieces of artwork. We have started to create self portraits in the style of Van Gogh to help develop our sense of belonging.
I'm very much looking forward to another fantastic week next week! Enjoy your weekend and get plenty of rest before Monday.
