Today is National Skipping Day and we have found as many skipping ropes as we could so that children could have a go at skipping. It is a fantastic way to keep fit whilst having fun.

Base 5 have also been taking part in the CNSSP skipping challenges over the last few weeks. They have been learning how to skip with double bounce, single bounce and the slalom.
