Little Wrens - World Book Day
Miss Gregory: March 2024
What a super day we have had dressed as our favourite book characters. We began our day joining the rest of school for assembly time. Next, we were treated to a story by Mrs Charlesworth — wow! Then, for the rest of the morning we shared books, books and more books. It was lovely to use some of our story sacks and re tell familiar stories to each other.
During the afternoon we enjoyed rhyme time then voted on our favourite rhyme, Twinkle, Twinkle, Little Star' gained the most votes. We also made book marks, listened to more stories and chose a book to take home from the book swap.
What a wonderful day we have had.
