Hearts to Homes

The Nantwich Schools (NEP) have collaborated in sending Christmas cards and best wishes to each of the care homes in and around Nantwich to let the residents and staff know that we care and are thinking about them especially this Christmas (and all year round). Our friends at Wrenbury Nursing Home received their 'Hearts to Homes' Christmas cards this week. Here is a selection of photos of our friends receiving their cards.
