Sports Relief
Miss Phillips: March 2018
The faces say it all! The sponsored Dodgeball competition held in school yesterday to raise money for Sports Relief was throughly enjoyed by everyone.
There was a great team spirit with the children representing their four school Houses, Marbury, Aston, Sound and Ravensmoor to compete against each other. Even the teachers had a match: KS1 V KS2. Mrs Smith happily reported that KS2 had won (the team she was representing).
Thank you for supporting this event by encouraging frinds and family to sponsor your child(ren). Please can all sponsor money come into school quickly so that it can be sent to this very worthwhile cause — Sports Relief. We'll let you know shortly how much the children have raised.
Thank you to all the staff and Mr Ellis for their involvement and support to make our Dodgeball competition a great success.

After this, the children listened to a story about Terry and Winnie and an argument they had about sharing a crown. We spoke about how...
