Base 5 Gransparent's Lunch
B Cador: April 2017
We had a super turn out yesterday for the last of our Grandparent Lunches for this year. Our Year 6 welcomed their grandparents into school for another of Mrs Warner and Mrs Speed's delicious roast dinners and enjoyed the time together, folowed by a tour of school.
As a school, 'family' is really important and being able to open our doors to the children's grandparents enhances that experience and provides a special and memorable time for both the children and their grans, nans, grannies, grandpas and grandads or as one grandad reported he was called, 'AU'. And then came the smile!
It was lovely to meet you all.
